“The best way to describe this is as sophisticated and "grown up"
It's a rich with lots of depth and not a light forgettable blend.
The opening is sweet with a slight zing of mandarin and plum.
Then a velvety creamy vanilla comes through wrapped in warm jasmine. The orange blossoms adds whiffs of freshness along with refreshing sweetness of plum.
The jasmine is beautifully grounded with plum and vanilla, it's not heady or strong.
The dry down of Quintessence is absolutely divine!
It's all about the gorgeous rich earthy base of Patchouli and white Musk.
With hints of amber and vanilla peaking through, the musk really harmonizes everything for me. There's a slight smokiness to it.
Quintessence is vibrant, sultry and elegant. Classic yet modern.
The notes are so masterfully blended that everything works perfectly together to create a rich layered perfume.
It's a true unisex composition in my opinion.
The sillage and projection is excellent and the longivitiy is amazing. I could smell it on my wrist the next day even after taking a shower in the night.”

Although this is a sexy sophisticated scent that could be shared, I personally think it’s more feminine. The sweetness of plum and creamy vanilla come through distinctively but as the scent settles into the skin the musky warmth is left behind.
It’s a walk through a garden in summer where everything is in bloom or sipping your favourite drink underneath the Mediterranean sun as it starts to go down. It’s enticing, comforting and sensual at the same time”
“This is a unisex scent, I would saying a little more feminine than masculine. The woody notes really come through more than the floral notes, which makes the scent a little sweeter. A very sophisticated scent, but wish it was a tad less sweeter, hence why 5 stars.”
