“I bought the program as my little one would wake every 1 to 2 hours at night. I would settle her on my breast but quickly realized it was not sustainable and I was exhausted. It's honestly been one of my best investments. The program has simple well described videos and is adaptable to your babies personality. My little one is sleeping longer 5-6 hours stretches. “This course does a fantastic job at personalizing sleep to a variety of family needs and desires when it comes to the growing infant. My favorite part is the personality test and how each module has advice tailored to different personality types. And she really makes it easy to follow along and the FAQ's are invaluable. It is however, sleep training, and while the methods shared appeal like they are a different approach, the foundational concept is the same: teaching baby to sleep independently. So if you're loking for a course that has A LOT of wonderfully useful information about babies and sleep rhythms, schedules, etc., this is great. But if the thought of any type of sleep training is against your family's goals, then this is not for you.”

“I didn't start sleep training yet but I followed the initial steps and my 6 month baby started to magically sleep! He wakes 1 to 2 times to breastfeed and sleeps right away. Before he was waking 4 or 5 times a night and it was very difficult to fall back to sleep. Although I still hold him to sleep, I am feeling more confident to start sleep training if I need to. Also I don't feel any pressure to do it. I love the fact that the course is gradual and respects the baby and parents needs to adjust to new ways of sleeping and they can choose what better suits them. Feeling happy so far!”

We appreciate you reaching out! We do offer 4 sleep training methods in our program, and for 3 of the methods, parents don't even have to leave their little ones rooms! Babies and toddlers do cry when they are frustrated and learning a new skill can be difficult. It is similar to the fact that they may cry on the first day of school, going to swim class, or learning to ride a bike without training wheels. We become their cheerleaders and supporters, and gradually reduce our support so that they can work on the skill independently. It can be hard to listen to your LO cry (no matter the age). I have two girls and totally get it! We do try to minimize frustration tears as much as possible though!

“My baby just turned 5 months old and was STILL waking every 2 hours needing my help to fall back asleep, specifically wanting to breastfeed. So most nights i just resorted to bed sharing out of desperation for enough sleep. I was scrolling for answers as I do every night and stumbled across her reasonably priced 21 day program. I figured screw it, if it doesnt work it doesnt work no big deal. HIS SLEEPING WAS FIXED AFTER 3 DAYS OF TRAINING! we chose the check in method since i already attempted the pickup/put down method in the past and although it worked for getting him to normally put himself to sleep at bedtime, i didnt hve the energy to execute it during night wakings. He went from 2hr wakings to only waking ONCE per night in 2 days.. MINIMAL crying. I was so impressed with and proud of my baby. So proud of myself. “My baby is 7 months and for 7 months my baby has consistently woke up every 2 hrs at night to feed. She also has not consistently been a good napper, for 5 of the 7 months she slept for 20 - 30 mins consistently. Recipe for #TeamNoSleep and scabble brains. Praying and researching, I came across this program and after being consistent at night 4 she slept for 3.5 hrs twice that night. The at night 10 she slept for 6.5 hrs, I the joy and unexpected grateful results and Night 12 she slept for 7 hrs. Praise the Lord, light at the end of the sleepless tunnel. “I am so thrilled to be able to write this success story. Our 13 month old had always been a very clingy, nurse dependent sleeper-it took 8 months for me to be able to lie him down for any amount of time!! By 13 months he was waking hourly to nurse, difficult to put back in his crib, then when bedsharing constantly latching or flailing around. I somewhat impatiently laid the foundation (steps 1-6) without much change but went for the check in method and he honestly did great. He cried much less than I thought (the most at the first time put in bed awake) but he caught on so quickly. The night by night steps for wakings each day was so helpful to reference. He even caught a cold by the second night so I was willing to keep one feed in the early morning hours for comfort and hydration but can put him back in bed awake no problem and he sleeps till 7:00. I am going to tackle naps next, but I am just amazed by how awesome this went and so thankful I found Jilly and her program (and talking with Alyssa). I feel like if my stage five clinger can do this, your baby can too!”
