“My backtrack C8 is no longer working. It wasn't misused and it won't power on again. The screen just flickers and refusing to turn back on. I tried two different batteries because I thought the battery was dead. However, it still wouldn't turn on with two different brand new batteries. It was only used about four times before it wouldn't turn on again. Never dropped it or flooded it with alcohol or spit. I am currently trying to return it because it is within the 30 day guarantee period. However, it has been 5 business days and 7 actual days with no response from their support team. They are not making the product easy to return. I guess they like money or they are waiting until the 30 day guarantee period is over? That wouldn't be surprising to me at all. I am very disappointed in the customer service and wasn't going to give it a one start review until no customer support has contacted me for, what I think, an astronomical amount of time. Not even "I received your email."”
