“My BACtrack is a gentle reminder that I might have had more than a few. Losing track of how much alcohol that was consumed is easy. In fact alcohol by it's nature will help you lose track. Twice I have left a party and before starting my car I did a BAC test. Both times I was over the .08 limit. I simply leaned my seat back and took a 2 hour break. At that point my BAC was very low and I was confident in driving. Both times I was only a few miles from home, but a DWI is not in my plans.”
