“Having only used the product a few times, I have been very satisfied with it. The time or two that it did not seem to be performing correctly were likely due to user error. Being sure to wait to test 20 minutes after eating, drinking, or smoking gives consistently good results. I have a friend with a BACtrack model further up the line that was giving lower results than mine, but she admitted hers had not been recalibrated as required. I assume the discrepancy to be due her unit being out of calibration.
On another note, I expected to get two white keychain models through the buy two and get 10% off offer, but I was sent black units. I actually prefer black, but be aware that the color in the special offer likely depends on availability.”
“I compared the two analyzers with a one that I have been using and that I trust. The new ones read zero most of the time while my existing one seem to be reading correctly. I would definitely not trust the new ones I purchased and returned them to the company for a full refund . They even sent me postage for a free return.”
