“BACTrack breathalyzers offer results that are consistent with much more expensive devices. One review stated that the breath time before completion was too long. On the contrary, this is required for full evacuation on the bottom lung where true readings are hidden. If you want the most accurate results, a deep breath is taken, blow forcefully, even to your full extent, as the breathalyzer will not quit until it receives enough data (air lung breath) to analyze.”
“A must get! This device is definitely an eye opener, and I no longer go out for drinks without it! I've know quite a few people who have had DUIs in the past year or so, and each of them have said that they felt totally fine when deciding to drive home. Those friends have since bought breathalyzers, and in trying them out, I found that I was also blowing over a 0.08 when I felt "fine." (Yikes!) The wisest decision for me was to buy a breathalyzer of my own. In trying out a few different kinds, the BACtrack Trace seemed to provide the most consistent readings and is very easy to use. (Be sure to wait at least 10 minutes after your last drink prior to using the device, however.) This particular device also comes with a case and mouthpieces. It's easy to fit into a purse, clutch, or pocket. No smartphone is required, which makes it easy to use in any scenario. I'd highly recommend buying the BACtrack Trace! I can't believe I didn't get one of them sooner!”
