The fine print that comes with the unit says that its results can not be used in court. Once received, I felt a little deceived as to what I had purchased and thought the website should be upfront with that information.”
“This my Second BACTrack Professional Grade breathalyzer. I previously owned the S75 Pro. I like this one a lot better already. It is newer, more compact, and I really like the inverted LCD screen. The illuminated numbers on a dark background are much clearer and easy to read that the older style when you've had a few too many. I also like the elimination of the ball from the disposable tips. Another feature that helps take away any confusion of whether you are blowing into it correctly. As for the results, so far they seem a lot more consistent than the S75 Pro results. Barely any variation on consecutive tests.
I was disappointed when my S75 Pro broke outside of the warranty period. I sent it in to get calibrated and it couldn't be fixed, but the customer service department was great. They didn't charge me for the calibration and gave me a credit towards a replacement unit. Neither were things they had any obligation to do. Just d@mn good customer service. Thanks!”
