“Good portable breathalyzer for the price. I love the size, it fits in my pocket. Wish it could have a slot to put it on a key chain. When I use it, I have to try it 3 times to get an average reading. It’s not consistent when I blow vs blow and hum like on a traditional breathalyzer. I get different readings. I’d probably go with a more accurate model but it gives you a ballpark range to make a smart decision to not drink and drive over the limit.”

We appreciate your feedback regarding your device. Please be aware that you should be waiting at least 20 minutes after your last drink before testing and 15-20 minutes in between each test to ensure accuracy.
While the S35 device is a good device to use for personal use, our Professional series devices (S80. Trace, Eclipes, Element, Scout) provide the highest level of accuracy so we recommend purchasing one of these models.

I had 6 beers tonight in roughly 3 hours and it reads 0.00. 2 weeks ago I had 6 beers in roughly 3 hours and it registered 0.04. 6 beers in 3 hours I should blow more than a 0.04. I also had 2 glasses of wine one night and it registered 0.00 after multiple attempts. Definitely do not purchase and use this device as security measure to drive because it is not accurate at all. Dave your money and purchase a more effective device.”

“This is the second broken unit I bought after the first one simply beeped and shut off (I returned it). This one counts down, then gives a "sensor" error. Then it shuts off. Unusable, now I have to return it yet again. This time return for refund, not exchange. I hope the company really looks into their quality assurance process because they're letting shoddily made units through.”
