“The service is a bit slow using Canada Post which can take two weeks each way. When calibrated they work well. One of mine could not be calibrated, for some reason, and I got my calibration fee returned, but I don;t understand why other remediation was not possible (reduced price for replacement, overhaul, etc.)?”

Thank you for your feedback. When a device cannot be calibrated, we usually offer a discount code towards the purchase of a new device so this should have been offered to you in addition to the calibration fee being returned. We will definitely look into this issue in further detail.
