“Yes so we have to calibrate our devices. Doesn't bother me as it gives me peace of mind that I can rely on their ongoing accuracy. The worrying part however was how this service would work. Let me re-assure you that it was extremely simple (in an age of fill out a form get a sticker, write down a number use a special envelope etc..) my device was gone for about 7 days and returned clean, working and with the details of who performed the calibration. well worth the small fee”

“I own 3 S80 units. All deliver widely different results. I have to take the highest reading and use it for my baseline. Following all proper procedures I would think the readings to be more accurate. Perhaps newer models offer better accuracy”
“I sent my devices in for calibration. It would not allow me to register two devices simultaneously for calibration. That is, I had to create an order for one device, complete the entire process, and then repeat that process for the second device. That was a little confusing and a bit of a hassle but a quick call to the company cleared that up. Overall I was pleased with the service and the turn-around of th order.”
