I ordered this product in December and never received it. Tried twice to email customer service and got no response

Our 3 year old S80 Pro had less than 20 uses but could not be re-calibrated. This was due to us never sending it in to be properly calibrated by BacTrack. The BacTrack customer service team worked with me to purchase a replacement S80 Pro unit and I will be sure that it is properly calibrated every 8 months or so to ensure proper and continuous accurate readings. So far he new unit is working well and has over 25 uses.

I've had the breathalyzer for 2 years and love it. When I shipped it off to be calibrated I was worried I'd wait a long time as it says it can take over 5 business days but I had it back within 3 days of shipping it. Breathalyzer is working great again!

Sent the unit in for calibration and we received it back within the week. Works great!

This is my second time in for calibration for this Breathalyzer. Both times the service was great and the turn around time was really fast!!

I purchased a BACTrack S80 Pro. It is worth every penny! No one leaves my house after a party until they have tested their alcohol level using this unit. I would highly recommend having a BACTrack!

I bought this product 4 years ago, it served 44 times. Half of the time the reading was wrong. I finally decided to send it back to get repairs.... just to know it can't be fixed / calibrated and out of warranty.
