After a while I've noticed the result is not accurate and sent the item for calibration. I've got a new item back with no extra charge! Thank you, guys!

We use the S80 Pro often, and wanted to keep it calibrated. We purchased the re-calibration, and the unit came back faster than I expected.

I owned my S80 for little over a year and had about 250 bac reading. It began to give false levels on first use, so I sent in in for calibration. It was returned and works as it did orginally. My only complaint would be that they did not have any email corresponding for received or shipped.

I love my S75 Pro, after many uses , 1 calibration at the recommended interval, then many more uses it stopped reading correctly so I sent it in for re-calibration. BACtrack sent me a brand new unit at no extra charge with a note saying they were unable to successfully re-calibrate my product so they sent me the new unit instead.

I sent in my S80 for calibration but the sensor had failed and the service could not be performed. After speaking with a rep about the issue and the history of the unit I was offered a refurbished unit! Great company! Definitely knows the value of good customer service. If you haven't sent your unit in for calibration... what are you waiting for!

I have had my Element model for several years and returned it for calibration. Much to my pleasant surprise, I received a new one instead and in timely fashion no less.

I got the new one instead of the old calibrated. I am happy with this arrangement.

I bought the model and it worked great. Needed to be calibrated. Sent it in and they couldnt calibrate so they sent a new one. The new one works great too.
