“I ordered a $20 calibration. Sent the unit, within just a couple days I got a box back with a brand new unit (carrying case and new nozzles and all)! Bummer that my unit was that wrecked but it had been very reliable for at least 2 years so no complains. And what amazing customer service to have it replaced at zero cost!”
“My devise quit working and I was told it needed to be re-calibrated and I sent it in and paid the small fee and I am not sure if something went wrong with my devise but I received a Brand New one in box and everything within two weeks. The devise is a great devise and always consistent. I go out and have a few beers or drinks when out and I refuse to drive if I can not pass the test.”

We live in a nanny state where are cars are seized and licence suspended if over .049%, but we are not charged with impaired driving till we exceed .08%.
