Have used the S80 for a year now. As it needed re-cal i sent them back to the US. Service was quick and efficient.

I sent in my old S70 for Calibration, and in about a week and a half I received an new one, in the box, straight from BACtrak. They were not able to calibrate the old one so they sent a new one. Good policy if I do say so myself.

Awesome customer service! I sent my device in for a calibration because it was registering erratically. I was sent a new unit because BACtrack couldn't properly calibrate my device. Awesome!

Recently testing my unit while legless, it said I was fine. Time to send it in for a recalibration. This was effortless and they returned a new unit. I have checked it and it seems to be much more accurate. Well worth the $20.

My breathlyzer stopped working after 6 months of purchase. I went online and purchased a calibration package. They couldn't get it to work, so they sent me a replacement.

I sent my unit in for calibration and Bactrack sent me a brand new unit as they were unable to calibrate my device. I am extremely happy with Bactrack's customer service with this issue.
