Unfortunately my unit developed a problem after working great for well over a year. Upon trying to recalibrate it, the company discoveted the problem and voluntarily replaced it despite being out of waranty.

Getting my device calibrated couldn't be much easier, and the price is very reasonable considering the included international return freight.

Make sure in get your unit calibrated. Mine wasn't working right. Once I did it was very accurate. I live in MA so you don't dare drive if your over .08 It works and it is what the police use for road test in MA.

My breathlyzer stopped registering any BAC content and was only blowing zeroes. I sent it in and let customer service know of the problem. They were very prompt in their response and let me know they would make a note of it. I receieved the device back in a timely matter and the issue was fixed. I am happy to have receieved this level of customer service, I will most certainly continue to use BACtrack and reccomend them to friends. This device is a neccesity to me in ensuring I am driving safe and under the limit and reflects the number of drinks I have very accruately as I like to test this out between friends drinking the same amount and seeing what the results are on the device and they are always accurate up to +- .005. After over 1500 blows and 2 calibrations device still works great.

I noticed the calibration was totally off on my unit, so I sent it in, and turns out it had broken somehow. Even though it was out of warranty, they replaced my unit for free. I love companies that take care of their customers like this. Thank you!

I use it very heavy at work. Have used for over a year an had no problems with it. When it needed to be calibrated there was a quick turn around.

I sent my s70 model in for an annual calibration. As my unit could not be calibrated properly, the BACtrac support and service team sent me a brand new unit free of additional charges. I think that shows an example of great service and great support.

I purchased an S80 model which appeared to need calibration after a year of use. I sent the product in to BacTrack for calibration. They could not re-calibrate the device so they sent me a brand new one as a replacement. That was a very pleasant surprise since my original was already past the one year warranty period.
