“Product is nice...but *NOT* $500.00 nice. Company's use of AI for customer communications is insult ontop of injury. Their condescending "please re-use our box" was snooty enough...but their post-order comms re: care and keeping of product? Should come WITH the product...not in a random post-purchase e-mail. Their post-purchase comms are scary/frustrating too...they send to you randomly some time after they've shipped the order...but before you've rec'd. They send no tracking info but they use nebulous language -"you've rec'd or are about to receive. WTH?! I was scared to death...frightened that my VERY expensive delivery could be MIA. Grrrr. In short? It's a BIG waste of money. Our less-than $50.00 suction-cupped bath pillow is all we need. Moral of story? Don't let your tired executive-hubby fall for a FB ad.”
