“It looks nice, but the size is still very large.... my wife cannot use it in the bathtub with stretched legs. I think the whole idea is nice, but you better check the size of your tub, as these pillows will make it much smaller to fit in.”

“Complex review. The pillow is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of product. However, our tub was a little too short to comfortably sit in it with this pillow so I have been trying to return it within the 30-day window. I have sent 4 emails and sent a message to Badesofa through their Instagram site with no response whatsoever. During that same period I have received numerous emails about reviewing the product and other promotional items. I would say the customer service with this company is up there with perhaps the worst I have encountered. The pillow is expensive and I will likely be outside the 30-day return window by the time they respond, if they ever do. I will have to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. What a shame as the product is very nice, however the customer service/experience is extremely poor.”

“OH MY GOSH!!! This changed baths/soaks forever for me. I am an avid saoker in hot HOT baths multiple times a week as a receovery tool from training and just pure relaxation comes iwth it but always struggled sitting back or laying comfortable. I didnt realize how much effort i was putting into laying back until i got this pillow!!! i just lay now and purely rest the body... no more subconsciously holding myself up without realizing it.
