How was the quality of your boots?

How are you planning to use your boots? Walking, Yard Work

“My boots arrived and they looked amazing I couldn't wait to get out walking. Sadly the excitement was short lived. To say the boots are uncomfortable is an understatment, painful would be closer to the mark. The boots are very heavy and only get heavier when they are wet. I expected them to be a little weighty but nothing compared to what they are. Next to the blisters, the boots rubbed my ankles raw! They were fine on flat even ground but as soon there is any uneven ground of slight incline/decline I was in agony. I hoped that the leather would soften with a little use but a month later this still hasn't happened. I contacted the company regarding the above and was told no refund/exchange or credit could be given if the boots had been worn outside. A very poor policy for an outdoor footwear company especially when walking indoors on carpet gives a very different experience to real use of the boots. Very unsatisfied with the boots and with the compan”
