“After searching the internet I came across these boots by chance and what a find. I couldn’t decide on the size (I am a wide fit) but after a very helpful telephone conversation chose my normal shoe size. They arrived on time and fitted perfectly. I am so delighted with the help I had choosing and the boots themselves and certainly won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend”

“This is a great boot, and better looking than perhaps the photo indicates. It is very well made and sturdy, whilst being lined with lovely soft leather. The sole is springy and supportive. I ordered my usual size 5 but it was slightly too big in all dimensions. Customer service was great and advised me to go down a size and to compare with a size 5 Pasadena, which I did., and the Pasadena won narrowly on fit. Nevertheless, I would have been delighted with the Idaho had it fit and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“These boots are the most comfortable and supportive boot I’ve ever worn. I have arthritis in my feet but my feet don’t ache at all now at the end of a ride, they are beautifully lined in soft leather and padded around the ankles, truly a super boot.”

“I bought these boots to replace my very old jodhpur boots.I wasnt sure if they were worth the extra cost as they were more expensive than other makes but due to chronic foot problems did give them a try.So pleased I did. I had some fitting questions so ordered them by phone, excellent customer service. They arrived promptly and free postage including returns. So pleased with the look and comfort both to walk around the yard and to ride in.A good grip on the sole no more losing my stirrups. Would highly recommend.”
