Love them! So comfy to walk the dog, yard work. I have ridden in them too and they are brilliant! I have the chaps to go with them but haven't tried them yet. Literally haven't taken the Kentucky boots off.

These shoes are worth the money - hands down! I'm typically reluctant to buy shoes without trying them on as I'm inbetween sizes and have odd feet (one smaller than the other) and I've had a lot of corrective surgery on my feet which makes them stiff and hard to wiggle out of boots. These shoes came highly recommended and I'm so pleased I took a risk and ordered them! They're super comfy but enclosed enough to stop straw etc from coming in whilst you muck out, and secure enough to make a versatile riding shoe. Its super dry here at the moment so I cannot comment on waterproofness but I have no doubt they'll provide similar protection there. The laces allow you to tighten or loosen around the ankles as much as you'd like which is great as I have very thin ankles. The zip and button give extra security. I have only had these boots a few weeks but they've been put through their paces, ridden in a number of times and used for fencing reassembly, poo picking, daily mucking out and long dog walks. They're smart enough to be a stand alone riding boot too, and I think I'll invest in the chaps to complete the look. They are a little snug on my wide feet, but they're insulated enough for me to not have to invest in fluffy socks, so with normal/thin socks they're perfect. I sometimes have to go up a size in shoes because of the width of my feet and mismatching sizes but on this occasion, I didn't and I certainly feel I have room length-wise to spare. The laces are also good quality and durable as I have to tie them very tight to give my ankle additional support. Evidently, a lot of thought has gone into the design and build of these boots and quality has not been compromised.
