“Love the style, and colour of these boots but sadly they didn't fit my feet. I found my heels slipping when I walked, if I tied the laces tight it wasn't so bad but it wasn't comfy. I also found it tricky to get the boots off. Although there is a zip I still had to undo the laces all the way (one eyelet at a time as the laces didn't want to slide, same for tightening them too) to get my foot out. I tried taking the insole out as suggested but it didn't make much difference. They were too long length ways and I don't think I'd be able to get my feet into a smaller size as they are a narrow fit. I also found the instep quite noticeable and just not in the right place for me. Disappointing as they look so good. I may try the new grey colour at a later date as it sounds like the fit may have had a tweak. As the return process is free, and easy, it's not such a leap of faith ordering on line. The refund happened quickly too which is great.”

“These have to be the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. No breaking in required (just remove the insoles for the first few uses). I practically live in them!! They've been great for riding as well as walking.”

“Lovely boots that are chunkier looking with a nice high supportive ankle. I did have to take the insole out as per guidance as they were a bit tight but hoping I can pop the insol back in once they have stretched some more.”
