“I emailed this company about their waterproof boots and I received a prompt and thorough and friendly reply. I ordered the boots. Sadly the boots themselves, whilst well made, were much to wide and deep in the foot for me. I do have quite a flat instep, and narrow heels, but they were so wide even 2 pairs of thick socks wouldn't stop my feet clattering about in them. Perhaps a choice of width fittings would be a good idea? As I say they seemed well made and customer service was excellent.”

“My second pair of Kentucky Storms after the first are now looking rather worse for wear. However, they are still waterproof! New pair comfy straight out of the box and look fab (went for green this time) I do normally wear a 5 or 5 1/2 but wear 6 in these.”

“Hallo, my boots arrived a week or so ago and I'm delighted with them. I was a little bit worried about ordering them as I have Rheumatoid arthritis which is particularly bad in my hands and I was not sure I would be able to pull the boots on. I took the insoles out as advised and wore them about the house for a few days to make sure I could manage. I am now walking happily in them and I think their stability is helping my joints. So, definitely, a success story. Thank you”
