“I previously owned the storm version of these boots but found them too narrow so was advised to try going up a size and the non waterproof pair as less bulky without the membrane. These ones don't get my feet so hot in summer as the storm version do. But even with going up a size, taking insoles out and relacing to give more room I find they could do with being a bit wider and as up a size they are too long so take a little getting used to as foot moves around, less of an issue when wearing with half chaps. I'm hoping some heel grips will help. But going up the half size and not having the membrane does give a bit more space for my feet so advice sort of helped if don't mind being too long. But they are a good looking boot, wear in quickly. I'm not sure how useful they'll be with the UK weather so hoping I don't end up with wet feet but for dry weather they've been fine. Overall they are well made and if you have normal width feet I'm sure an excellent boot”

“I was looking for a lightweight side zip ankle boot to wear while out birdwatching. Sadly, this is too bulky for when it gets warmer.”
