“Overall I am very pleased with my Black Quebec Waterproof Boots (https://www.barebackfootwear.com/products/quebec-waterproof-boots-black) Definitely waterproof, well tested this last week in the South West of England and Wales. I also took a punt on the size having thoroughly read the sizing info. I am a size 5 but usually buy size 5.5 or 6. As described the sizing is generous so they are comfortable, and easy to get on and off. HOWEVER, as I tend towards more natural footwear in terms of shape, my only quibble and feedback for the designers is to make the area for the widest part of the foot, a little more generous with a more square and less pointed toe area.”

“Was worried ordering my original shoe size 5 that these boots maybe too tight as usually i order in boots the next size up but found these Quebec boots for me true to size if i would have ordered a size 6 they would have felt too loose.”

“I never normally spend this much on myself, so these boots HAD to be good. I have a knee replacement and a brittle bone condition so these boots needed to make me feel safe when out and about. When they arrived, it was like opening a Pandora's Box! I first wore them on the school run, where they gave me confidence walking up and down steep leaf-covered slopes in my northern hill village. Next I wore them on a day trip to Chester - 15,000 steps, and they felt like slippers, keeping my feet warm and dry all day. Finally, after having just a 'wardrobe rehearsal', they are destined to form a key part of my New Year's eve harbourside party outfit - teamed with leather-look leggings, and a glitzy sequin tunic. I'll be spending New Year/January on the Turkish Riviera, and in addition to being an essential part of my travelling attire, the boots will also be worn on blustery winter walks along the beach. I cannot fault them - they look and feel sensational. To summarise, they make me feel like a super-hero - vampish and invincible. If I could afford it, I would buy a pair in mocha too.”
