“So disappointed that these beautiful boots didn't fit. I have a high instep and I couldn't get my heel past the boot ankle. Received a prompt refund when I sadly had to return them.”

“I have never had a pair of shoes/boots that are comfortable from the moment that I put them on but these are an exception. They are beautifully made and it is really lovely to own such wonderful boots to walk my very special rescue cocker spaniel, Max.”
