“I haven't, as yet, worn them fully as they are a Christmas present from my husband, but have tried them on for a period. I am only 5'1" so opted for the mid-calf length which is fine. I chose the non-zip version which is reasonably easy to get on, although I do have a slightly high instep and they fit well both in the foot and the calf. I love the Chestnut colour and the texture of the leather. The insole feels supportive and the lining inside the leg area is substantial. The leather is tough but flexible at the same time. They look fabulous and the quality is excellent. I know I will use them a lot for a long time. Just what I was looking for. Thank you Bareback.”

“These are lovely boots but again I’ve returned them because of the colour. The chestnut pair I received were nothing like the colour on the website, they were more like the brown colour. Plus they had marks on them, like scratches, I did wonder if they were seconds. The boots are so comfortable, fit perfectly with an adjustable strap for calf width, I love them, but for the price of them I would like them to be the colour advertised. Maybe they should be more photos showing possible colour variations of the leather so people know what they might end up with”

“I’m a 36 and purchased the 35 in the Quebec. They are just stunning boots. Soft, supple leather and comfortable from the first wear. I have muscular calves but these fit perfectly. I purchased the tan and the leather looks like it’s going to wear beautifully. Work well with jeans and skirts.”
