“I bought these boots in October. On the first wearing the right boot blistered my heel badly and on the third time of wearing the left boot did the same. I have never had this with any pair of boots over the years. I referred back to Bareback who agreed to take a look at them but after a week they said there was no fault in the boots and sent them back. I got around this problem by wearing merino wool inner socks. I have now been wearing the boots for a month and all is fine and the boots are worn in. I use them for dog walking and can say that they are rugged and waterproof, unlike many so-called waterproof walking boots. The grip on the soles is excellent even on very muddy ground but my only complaint now is that the footbed is hard and the included insoles don't provide enough cushioning, particularly to the balls of my feet which makes them okay for dog walking but not a replacement for boots to walk any distance in. Customer service at Bareback is excellent and dealt with my initial complaint in a timely and friendly manner.”

“Looked like good quality boots but they were far too narrow for my partner. Ordered size 10/eu 44 which is his usual size. They were fine in length. He does not have especially wide feet. Sadly have had to return them.”
