“Lovely boots, wore them around the house and then our evening dog walk very comfy. Bit hard to get on but very supportive around the ankle, I have Achilles tendons so they are perfect for me.”

“So ........ other reviews say comfy straight out of the box. I thought it cannot be true but it is! The boots are sturdy but not heavy and have a good cushioned insole. I did email to ask about sizing as I often fall between 6.5 and 7 but then find the 7 can be much wider in other makes but Bareback are great and not too wide. I admit trying a couple of other makes (unsucessfully) before discovering Barback. Literally put them on, felt a little firm for the first half an hour then moulded to my foot and felt great. Done 12K steps in them today and feet feel great. Only improvement for me would be a bigger pull on grab at the back as I find it a little fiddly getting my finger through the loop. Havent tried them in the wet yet but the thick quality oiled leather gives me confidence they will great. I would completely recommend these boots for practicallity with style.”

“These boots were comfy from first wear, straight out of the box and have only gotten more comfortable as they have been worn and softened up. Whilst the first time getting them on and off was ever so slightly difficult, that was to be expected with brand new boots, they are a breeze to get on and off after a couple of wears. I've worn them daily for dog walks, at least twice per day and I love them. I've been through muddy fields, long wet grass, tracks etc in the rain and dry weather and have comfortable, dry feet at the end of the walk.The boots are roomy enough that I could wear thicker socks for the winter, though I've only worn thinner socks so far. The colour is great too. I'd highly recommend these Vancouver Storm Waterproof boots.”
