“The combination of the zip with very small fiddly buckle to be undone every time you need to put these boots on or take them off is a serious design fault. I have therefore carefully unstitched the buckle, and at the same time removed the tassels which I also found very annoying. The boots will take a long time to wear in - they are very stiff - I have removed the insoles as suggested in your literature, but my feet are quite cold as a result. But I will persevere. I fear that your ankle boots may be an acquired taste, but they are VERY good looking!”

“I have FOUR pairs of the Valencia Suede boots - three in blue (every day, smart & a spare pair) & one in brown. I'm an amputee, with issues with my remaining foot. The removable insoles make them perfect for my custom made hospital versions. The heel height is perfect and after years of searching for the right boots, I've finally found the Valencia! They're supremely comfortable, wonderful quality and easy to get on & off. I wear them every single day. I particularly love the rich blue with jeans. Their shape is really elegant, the soles non slip, the suede of lovely quality... to be honest I can't fault them! Very highly recommended!”
