“I had previously bought these boots so knew the fit and lovely style. I wanted to be able to put thicker socks under so went for a size larger than my usual, otherwise, I would say chose your usual size. The boots are comfortable from the first time wearing and look neat and stylish. My previous boots' side zip had a tendency to unzip in wear, the present version now has a small tab and buckle to retain the zip, although I find the new zip to be much stuffer and probably doesn't need anything to keep it in place. I must make a confession, this style is only available in navy or brown and I actually wanted some black suede boots. As I knew these not only look good but feel good, I took a chance and have dyed them black! They're absolutely gorgeous”

“These are now my second pair of Valencia boots. My first pair were a size 42, I decided to go for a 43 this time around to accommodate socks. As previously they are very comfortable, a medium/wide fit. I have had to go over the zips with some graphite to loosen them up as they are quite stiff to zip up. My previous pair had a loose zip and one zipper insisted on working its way down in wear, so the stiffer zip and buckle retainer are a welcome addition. I found these a bit of a struggle to get into, I don't have a high instep but take note if you do, they may be difficult to get on. All in all a very good buy, a pair of stylish, comfortable boots. Very fast delivery”
