“Fell in love the print but would not recommend the frame. For the price had expected glass but it’s acrylic and so shiny even daylight bounces off and distorts seeing the picture clearly. Another gripe is the thin ‘natural’ frame is lighter in tone than the photo appears to show. Also arrived rather flimsily packaged but fortunately unscathed. Extremely overpriced for what it is.”

We use acrylic for greater durability & UV protection, it's also lighter to ship, which is cheaper for you and better for the environment. And our frames are made from real wood so there can be a natural variation of tone. We package with least materials possible and we are glad it arrived in good condition. We also have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
