thank you for your feedback. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused sending the incorrect packet size out initially, hopefully the replacement pack got to you quickly. We have checked all the remaining packets of the Letter Bead Mix Plastic Round 6mm-pack of 1000 and can confirm that all packets do contain 1000 mixed letter beads and there are no full stop beads within the packs. Please can I ask you to send a photo of the full stop beads so I can send it to our supplier. Please can I confirm that the full stops within the pack are not the side holes of the letter beads? We would be happy to resolve any issue you have with the product; please can you contact customercare@beadsunlimited.co.uk and we will try and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I'm very sorry you had such a nightmare placing your order, we were having some problems with the website that weekend. This was apparently due to the unusually high volume of customers, as we had a promotion running. Our IT team have been investigating and the issues have now been resolved.
I'll send replacements out today for the broken connectors.
