I'm sorry the items ordered didn't fit, if you can't use them please send them back to us for a full refund.
It's tricky to provide hole sizes for many of our beads as they often vary from batch to batch, especially the handmade beads of course. We can always measure them and let you know if you contact us prior to placing an order.
