I'm very sorry your order didn't arrive as quickly as usual. As explained, it was despatched on the first working day after it was placed but bank holiday weekends sometimes seem to cause a bit of a backlog within the postal services unfortunately.
We have no means to track items sent by standard first class post but will send a duplicate order if a parcel hasn't arrived two weeks after sending - this is when the Royal Mail consider it to be missing.
