“Decking good value for money. Does what it says on the tin. Delivery 4 days late. Didnt knock the door to see where if was to go. Just dumped it on the driveway and drove off. Was left to drag 39 planks in to garage with teen daughter. I am registered partly disabled. So wood good. Service underwhelmingly poor.”
Hi Spencer,
Thanks for your review, appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
The green tint you're noticing is a natural part of the pressure treatment process. The pressure treatment helps to protect the timber from rot, insects and decay. The colour will naturally fade over time with UV and weather exposure, changing to a warm brown or silver grey as the wood ages. Rest assured, this is completely normal and part of the natural charm of timber.
