Who did you contact regarding this as we have no paper trail of there being any issue with this order? Did you send photos in as we don't have them either. If you pass this along, We can get these uplifted and get a new pack out to you via marshalls.
You ordered on the Sunday 2nd, we placed the order on Monday 3rd once we were back in the office and was delivered on the 7th which is less than the stated delivery window of 5-10 working days on the product.
If you pass along details to us on an email, we can rectify it for you.
