“Ordered online and had parts missing. Swapped at my local store. Looks nice but a lot smaller than I thought. Easy to assemble. Needs to be a bit taller and wider so you can hang a normal sized towel folded once, not 3-4 times then it doesn’t dry. Wouldn’t suit a family bathroom with bulk towels, more suitable for hand towels.”

“Wouldn't purchase again. It is VERY narrow so towels have to be folded smaller, hence take longer to dry plus there is very little space between the bars - fiddly & again stops drying. Disappointing.”
