“Ordered 2 bambou mattress toppers a couple of weeks ago. I received msg the goods were at PBT at the North Shore depot within 2 days. Over a week later, no goods and no contact. When I finally got hold of PBT they said they only had one of two packages and would send them when they received the second package. Long story short, BBB had only ever sent one package, finally received my shipment almost 3 weeks later, find instead of a Q & KS, I got a Q & K. Back to BBB to swap the K for a KS”
