“We have had an old version of this duvet for years and loved it. Bought the new one in a Super King size as we upgraded the bed, without reading these reviews. It smelt so bad. I have bought a number of wool duvets over the years and they have never smelt like this - it did really smell like a sheep farm. After reading the reviews, we returned it straight away. Disappointed in Woolrest considering our old one was great, and certainly never smelt like that!”
“This is really cozy and warm, great value in the sale, but was surprised by the smell of sheep. I have a different brand of lighter wool duvet that has never smelt at all so was surprised I could really smell the sheep in this one. It is getting less though, and an airing outside should help, hopefully.”
“Seriously this duvet smells so horrifically bad it makes me dread getting into bed at night. I would rather freeze than smell the sheep stench that comes off this duvet. You might as well sleep in the pig enclosure at the zoo. No refunds available either”
