“The woolrest has definitely made an improvement to the comfort and softness of our mattress. It’s not a thick/ padded as i expected, but does provide more comfort. I was concerned it would be too warm for my partner who is a hot sleeper, but is all good so far, and we have the ability to turn it over in summer. We’ll see how it feels in the warmer months. I got it on sale, so for sale price I think it was a good purchase.”
“Brought this product had the elastic bands on two corners snap in less then a month unable to return or swap after dealing with both the store and customer service despite the elastic bands having a 5 year warranty have had to follow multiple times over 2 weeks with no results disappointed in the service considering this was covered under warranty”
