“These robes look amazingly plush and cosy-I bought the emerald and it fits well however I was disappointed that it is not warm. The plush fluffy stripes are fine but it’s the fine stripe in between each fluffy that are so thin you can see through them and the fluff comes off on to everything. Wouldn’t buy another one.”
“Robe was great , usual nightmare of delivery with PBT , ignoring instructions to leave the parcel , ( security cameras in situ ) , leaving a card to collect somewhere else . yet PBT NEVER gives indication of when it’s going to arrive and the fact that as the purchaser I a) make it clear I take responsibility for them leaving it on the porch , and b) most people have committments and can’t just stay at home for a fortnight in case they come . Puts me off using bbb,”
