“Great clock! I love the ticking over, and its desk worthy size. Unfortunately it breaks continuously, I have fixed it 2-3 times now. went to look for a replacement option to see its ’sold out’. Hopefully a better one will come out sooner”
“Not happy with my purchase. I ordered clock which wouldn’t work when I put battery in. When I took it to counter lady try to tell me if there was any issue with battery’s. Anyone would have checked everything before going back to shop. They order other one for me which worked for a week and stopped working. I honestly do not have time to go back and forth.”
“Got this as a gift for Xmas, the little knob to set the time was broken upon opening the package, I took this back to 2 stores and was basically told there was nothing they could do and I was to contact customer service, to replace a plastic piece worth about 5 cent?Happy with the clock disappointed with the customer service.Good thing that a clock that you can’t set is correct once a day”
