“Wool inside clumped together and stitched into the squares of 3x duvets, so no way of separating the clumps out. Called the store, they said I must go through customer service, called customer service, they said they must go through the buyer they brought from. Despite sending emails with images clearly showing how bad the clumping is to customer service, they refused to return until hearing back from their buyer… which was over 2 weeks ago, Save yourself the hassle and don’t risk buying these!”
