“Unfortunately I bought 3 of these to put umbrellas in for my birthday but the fittings are too small to fit a standard umbrella so was pretty much a waste of money as I could not use them.”
“It’s actually disappointing that you sell the outsidings umbrella and then this base which does not fit the particular outsidings umbrella you sell. I think you need to make it a bit clearer in your advertising as it’s a particular faff to send this item back given its size (note I did purchase online not in store). Nothing wrong with the base it’s just for a smaller umbrella.”
