“Looks very nice but with the seat attached your sitting on the floor. It isn’t high enough at all. I even got the seat that’s pictured and still way to low”
“While the stand is sturdy, it does not work with the chair that was also purchased from BBB. When anyone sits in the chair, they are effectively sitting on the ground. Perhaps the ropes on the chair are too long but it definitely doesn’t work together.”
“The seat is a bad design. It hangs too low and when you sit on you touch the ground. Impossible to get out of. Dissatisfied with purchase. Have contacted customer support and sent photos of the problem but have not yet heard back from them. Very disappointed ??”
“Stand is great, but hanging chair I bought from BB&B a couple of years ago did not work with it without major adjustments. Can’t complain about the stand.”
