“I have trouble sleeping at night and constantly wake up, since using this I’ve had the best day naps and night time sleeps. It’s also helped my 3 year old settle at night where he doesn’t move around like an octopus anymore. If there was. If there was a heavier option I would definitely think about buying it! Might invest in more for my other 3 kids and see if it improves there sleep as well.”
