“I received my chair on the 9th February and was so excited to get it set up l destroyed the box it came in??? And when l proceeded to screw together as per instructions the letter C leg would not line up properly hence the screw would not screw in. I Made a call to customer services oo the same dayand they were sending me a replacement but have not received any email notification so unsure what’s happening? If someone could look into this issue please l would be much appreciative. RegardsA”
