“Umbrella is fantastic, infact I bought 3, all online. BUT I purchased the plastic umbrella stands from the store when I went to get the umbrellas and staff happily sold me the sets without telling me they dont fit. I took them home, filled them with water, tried to put the umbrella in and it didnt fit, I bought 3 mental holders online. I took them back to the store and was told by Kim at Westgate, nup, we wont credit as they have been ""used"". Terrible customer service at both ends.”
“Great service from ladies in store.Carry bag for umbrella had stain on it. Managed to clean it and get most of it off. Was bought for gift. Now $40 cheaper two weeks later”
