“I love these gumboots for looks and comfort, I am always getting compliments on them.
The down side is that they split on the inside by the joint of my big toes, so I have to replace them yearly. I do wear them daily through the winter for walking my dog on the beach. So if I have to fetch a ball from the water my feet get wet by the end of the season.
I then down grade the slightly split ones to my gardening boots, and by the end of the second year they are usually very badly split and need to be thrown away. But I love them so much I am happy to use this process.”
