“I ordered charcoal as in the picture. A brown coloured one arrived, even though the label said charcoal. I returned it.”

“Ordered Apple colour, Apple is a bright colour. Duvet colour is very dull.”

“Ordered colour called Midnight as it looked black online and name gives same colour suggestion. Turned out to be a blue-grey! Colour not accurately described at all. Luckily we found something closer to black in-store and could swap product.”
